- 4 / 5By Barbara BrownI shop stater bros all the time and I usually use a electric cart because I have a bad hip and knee, as a matter of fact I'm going in hospital on Monday for total hip replacement. A lady was sitting in a Cart and I ask if I can have it when she is done with it. I did not know her daughter was shopping at Target and she was just sitting there waiting for her. Is that right, should she hold up a Cart like that? I could not do all my shopping because I was in so much pain. When I had finished my little shopping the lady was still sitting there waiting for her daughter. I'm sure I was not the only one that was inconvenience by this. I have never done that and would not have. There are too many handicap people in this world, we have to share. Thanks, I still love shopping there. Maybe I will not need a cart in a few months, but someone will. This should not be allowed.March 29, 2017
